The Trusts is proud to announce a $2,000 sponsorship to Nurturing Families, a West Auckland-based charity providing practical and emotional support to families across Tāmaki Makaurau.
This contribution will enable Nurturing Families to continue their vital mahi, providing essential items such as bedding, clothing, baby gear, car seats, and food to whānau referred by over 160 frontline support agencies. In 2023 alone, Nurturing Families supported more than 6,000 children and distributed almost $950,000 worth of goods.
“We’re proud to support organisations like Nurturing Families, who work tirelessly to uplift vulnerable families in our community,” says Allan Pollard, CEO at The Trusts. “This funding will directly support local tamariki and their whānau with the essentials they need to feel safe, supported, and cared for.”
