On 25 November 2025, Swanson Playcentre once again proved why it remains such a beloved asset to the West Auckland community with their vibrant Community Day.
Families, friends, neighbours, and supporters gathered for a day that reflected the community spirit of Swanson. The event marked another meaningful milestone in the Playcentre’s long tradition of providing a nurturing, community-led space for tamariki and their whānau.
With activities, delicious food, entertainment, and colourful stalls spread across the grounds, the day offered something special for every age and stage.
The Trusts were proud to stand alongside Swanson Playcentre, contributing $250 worth of Trusts Gift Cards used as prizes throughout the day, alongside the free loan of two gazebos valued at $350 to elevate the event and save the Playcentre significant hireage costs, ensuring guests could enjoy comfortable, sheltered spaces throughout the day.
