Today we had a blast today checking out the Te Whau Pathway Project. While we’re not directly involved in it, we’re all about keeping up with what’s happening in our neck of the woods, and this project is awesome!
It’s way more than just a path – it’s about making our community even better. Think connecting neighbourhoods, linking up the harbours (Green Bay, here we come!), and creating heaps of new ways to have fun outdoors. Plus, it’ll make it easier to get around in a way that’s good for the planet! And who knows, maybe it’ll bring some tourists to our little slice of paradise too, which is always a good thing.
But the coolest part? It’s all about getting everyone to feel connected to the Whau River – that gorgeous gem we’re lucky enough to have right here in West Auckland. It’s about taking care of it and feeling proud of it. Kaitiakitanga in action!
