This festive season, The Trusts were proud to support Waitākere Hospital’s Week of Christmas with Well Foundation. A celebration of the incredible mahi of our frontline healthcare team. With contributions from The Goodhome Lincoln Road via The Trusts Supporters Club, and gift card donations, the hospital’s senior leadership team created a fantastic week for staff who have worked tirelessly throughout the year.
From sweet treats like ice creams to pizza for the night shift, every detail was designed to bring smiles to those who give so much. Staff also got creative in a lively Elf on the Shelf competition, with winners taking home a $250 The Trusts gift voucher. This initiative was about saying a genuine thank you to the people who keep us safe and cared for every day. By coming together, local businesses and supporters showed that West Auckland stands united in recognising the dedication of our frontline heroes.
Healthcare workers have faced immense challenges, and their commitment deserves more than words. The Waitākere Week of Christmas is a shining example of how collaboration can make a real difference, bringing joy and appreciation to those who give so much.
