A new Intensive Care Unit is coming to Waitākere Hospital – the first ever for West Auckland.
Opening in 2026, this state-of-the-art facility will bring lifesaving care closer to home for our community.
Well Foundation’s Every Moment Matters appeal is raising funds to help make the new ICU the very best it can be, by creating comfortable, welcoming family spaces where loved ones can stay close, rest, and support each other during critical times.
This is a once-in-a-generation project for West Auckland. A project that will touch thousands of lives.
