12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and we’re here to bring an extra dose of festive cheer to The West with our 12 Days of Christmas Gift Card Giveaway!
From the 1st December, we’re giving away $1,000 in gift cards daily! Over 12 days, we’ll post a new daily question across our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels. All you need to do is jump into the comments with your answer and you’ll be in the draw! One lucky winner each day will receive a $500 gift card and get to nominate a local community group or school receive a matched $500 donation.
The West is powered by the mahi of our community groups, teachers, volunteers, creatives, businesses, and everyday locals who pour their heart into making this a great place to live. This giveaway is about celebrating that spirit and helping support the organisations that uplift our whānau every day.

Community Gift Card Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The Promoter of this giveaway is West Auckland Trust Services

Eligibility

Open to residents of The Trusts area only.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.

Nominations for local community groups and school must be chosen from the pre-approved list provided. This list comprises all 2025 grant recipients and schools within our boundaries.

Employees of the Promoter, its partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

Entry is via the Promoter’s official social media page(s).

To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the giveaway post (e.g. like, comment, share, tag).

Only entries received during the promotional period will be accepted.

One entry per person unless otherwise stated.

Prize

The prize consists of a $500 gift card.

The winner will be asked to nominate an eligible community group or school to also receive a $500 gift card donation

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted via private message or comment reply on the platform where they entered within 72hrs.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Delivery of Prize

Prizes will be available for collection as arranged with the winner.
