The New Lynn Community Hub, Whau Ethnic Collective and DISHA Charitable Trust are transforming the New Lynn Community Centre into a dazzling space.
Bring your whanau, wear your brightest attire, and prepare to be immersed in the spectacular glow of the Festival of Lights. The main stage will feature breathtaking cultural performances, including the graceful movements of classical dance and the sheer power of traditional dancers. T
hese vibrant displays, featuring performers in stunning, shimmering costumes, are guaranteed to light up your day. Don’t forget to visit the various stalls for fun festival fare. More than just a fair, the Whau Disha Diwali Mela is a gathering of hearts, a moment to share joy, and a wonderful way to experience the richness of Indian tradition.
