We’re delighted to share the success of Hospice West Auckland’s inaugural Long Lunch and Charity Auction, held on Sunday, October 20th, at The Grove. Hosted by Michael Dearth and MC’d by Mark Mitchinson, the event brought together heartfelt stories, inspiring speeches from Corporate Supporters and Board Chair Peter Larmer, and a deeply moving account from Aron Brightmore, a family member of one of Hospice West Auckland’s patients.
This special event raised over $43,000, surpassing their goals while fostering meaningful connections with business supporters and donors. The generosity of attendees and auction participants will directly support the compassionate care Hospice West Auckland provides to their patients and their families.
