DESCRIPTION:This Halloween get ready for a frightfully fun night at our first Halloween Spooktacular at Suburbs Rugby Club!  This family-friendly fundraising event is packed with spooky activities\, delicious food trucks\, and plenty of Halloween magic – all to support our local community organisations.\n\n – FOOD TRUCKS – A range of incredible local food trucks including What A BBQ\, Kookie Haus\, Catchya Cookout\, and Taste of Rwanda will be serving up fantastic food\, with 15% of all food truck sales going straight back into our community. \n\n – ACTIVITIES – Little ghosts and goblins can take their gold coin donations down Trick or Treat Lane\, hosted by local legends like Plunket\, The Glass Ceiling Collective\, NZ Police\, Triangle Park Community Garden\, and even Harold the Giraffe to collect lolly bags and take part in fun activities\n\n– HAUNTED HOUSE – Then it’s time to brave the spine-tingling Haunted House at Marples Manor – if they’re brave enough!… Otherwise “No Spookers” hours for the little ones are 3-5pm! \n\n – MOVIE SCREENINGS – As the sun sets\, grab a spot on the grass for two outdoor movie favourites:\n• 5:30 PM – The Nightmare Before Christmas• 7:30 PM – Ghostbusters \n\nWith face painting\, a bar for the grown-ups\, and plenty of activities along the way\, it’s the perfect family night out.\n\nDon’t forget to bring gold coins for fundraising games\, BYO chairs (limited seating available) for movie screenings\, and if you can\, carpool or take public transport.\n\nThe 195 or 209 bus stop at Craigavon Park or 68 bus stops at the corner of Portage Rd and Bolton St – parking is limited.\n\nThis is a zero waste event\, so we can all help keep our environment spooky-clean.\n\nJoin us for a night where every scare\, smile\, and snack helps make a difference for West Auckland.
