To support those who need a little extra help, we’ll be asking older people and those with a disability to the front of the queue at each store, and we ask that our customers please join us in doing the same by allowing these people to be served first.
Kindness goes a long way at this time, and we have been pleased to see that so many of our customers share this sentiment.
At some of stores, to assist those in need we will have a team member collecting order details from elderly customers and those who may require extra assistance.
They will be checking for these people in the queue so that we can pre-prepare their order and ensure a quick and easy purchase process. This process is being undertaken in a way where proper physical distancing is adhered to.
We are proud of our team members who have stayed remarkably positive throughout these difficult times.
