Our team consists of a range of diverse and passionate individuals who are all incredibly passionate in what they do.

With close to 400 people within The Trusts across West Auckland, we are committed to attracting, developing and retaining great people and providing our staff the skills and support needed to succeed within a fun, fast paced and rewarding environment.

We don’t just pay lip service to providing an excellent work place. We’ve got heaps of unique perks and initiatives which has resulted in us winning several awards including the Kenexa Most Improved Large Workplace in 2012, the Dale Carnegie Leadership Award in 2013 (only the 2nd company in NZ to ever receive it) and being a finalist in the Westpac West Auckland Business Awards 2013 for the category of Employer of Choice and Excellence in Social Responsibility & Sustainability.

We love to celebrate success whether big or small. Every 2 months we recognise our people who have gone above and beyond, with The Trustsworthy Awards. We also have an annual Excellence Awards where we showcase the best of the best within The Trusts.

You’ll be glad to know that when working for us, you are directly giving back to the West Auckland community. We take great pride in the responsible ways we sell alcohol and monitor gaming. Also the profits you’ll help us achieve all go back into the business or the West Auckland community. Unlike most other companies, our profits don’t disappear into the pockets of private shareholders.
